2. Overview

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising pixels. We only process the data that is technically required to deliver the site, and data you actively send us.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and time of access in server log files. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Fonts

Fonts are served from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts servers is made.

5. Videos

Client videos are provided by Wistia, Inc., 120 Brookline Street, Cambridge, MA 02139, USA. The video player is only loaded after you click play. Only then is your IP address and usage data transmitted to Wistia (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, your click constitutes consent).

6. External links and booking

Links to Calendly, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Spotify and Trustpilot are regular links. No data is sent to these services until you click. When you book a call via Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA), the data you enter is processed to schedule the meeting (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

7. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer required, unless statutory retention periods apply.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
